RIXID sux big time when it comes to support/service.
I've been trying to get some answers to my questions lately, but seriously no F*cking response
. I guess a company like RIXID doesn't have any ambitions for taking on a global market?!
I'm was pretty satisfied with just with the product i bought, but now familiar with the kind of service they offer i would have never bought it.
I even tried to explain my questions in french at the email support desk, not even a reply? If i tried that at my work i would have gotten fired!
